I am not complying about the money I’ve lost because as I said it’s gambling and it’s my choice - but I know machines and these are not right. I don’t know how but they do not pay- and I mean anything. The gambling- I gamble so I know - it’s gambling but there is something going on with these machines. It was ok- drinks were drinkable and that’s about it. The rooms are adequate however, out of the 3 stays twice there has been mysterious long black hairs found everywhere- I nor my friend have dark hair. I have tried every place to give it a chance- it is literally inedible. And I mean at every single eating establishment in this place. Let’s talk about the food- it is horrific. I have been in the hotel industry for the majority of my life- I can not understand how this place is still in operation. I would rather drive 4 hours than stay at this hotel.

I will go to Cocopah where they are friendly and respectful to their patrons.My friend and I stay here on occasion- her dentist is near by so we travel and stay here for the convenience of proximity. I dont know about them but I ALWAYS knew who my boss were. Apparently ignorance is big over there Not only are they falsely advertising events, they have no idea who their own general manager is. I said it was false advertizing and that I would be on social media to review the casino and she said whatever and dismissed me. Well when my turn came she told me to let her keep my invitation. I had to wait in line as she ws busy insulting an older Mexican couple when they tried to speak in spanish and she rolled her eyes and quickly told them she didnt speak Spanish like she was speaking g to idiots.

Talked to several people there including the event planner. A couple hundred disappointed patrons walked away angry, disappointed and disrespected. It states on invitation as it always does to RSVP for a free room. Invited to a giveaway stood in line for 90 minutes told I didnt RSVP and would not let me in.
